Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING:
 

1. Αποστολή με ΕΛTA Courier


    ● Our products are sent via ELTA Courier all over Greece with a shipping cost of 3€. We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders over 50€.   


    ● All our products are made with love and care (so kindly give us 1-2 days to prepare them). All the readily available products are delivered the following day of the order
    placement.  


    ● The delivery time ranges from 1 to 5 days, depending on the destination of your parcel. You can follow the shipment progress using the tracking number included in the confirmation e-mail that you will get as     soon as we dispatch your order.  


    ● If you desire a gift package & card with personalized wishes send us a message ([email protected]). We would be more than happy to do it!  If you wish to send the  parcel directly to a certain maternity hospital, it can be done after consultation. (You May know upon call hospital, name, room number).   



 
2. NokNok Workshop Pick-up (40 Kifisou Str., Nea Filadelfia, 14341)


You are more than welcome to pick up your products from NokNok Workshop in case you would like to meet us and gain the look n’ feel of our products. We are open for you {Monday - Friday 10:00 – 15:00}
 


Note:
        
 
    ● If your order exceeds 2 kg, additional shipping costs arise. Shipping costs will appear on the last step of your order.  
    ● Shipments to Cyprus and abroad are sent via the Hellenic Post (ELTA). In this case we will let you know about the shipping cost and the ability to  pay either using Paypal,
    Revolut or bank transfer.    
    ● In case of heavy or massive products the order shall be delivered by a transport company.





PAYMENT:



You can pay for your order in the following ways:


1. Credit / Debit/ Prepaid card: Our online store accepts Visa, MasterCard & Maestro type cards. Your transactions in our online store are protected by online security systems (SSL-256 bit) which guarantee a secure trading environment. In the (secure) order form fill in all the necessary fields (card number, name, expiration date, CVV and issuing bank).

2.Cash on Delivery: Courier company gives you the opportunity to pay for your order upon delivery. In this case,you pay the full value of your products as well as the shipping costs in cash to the employee
of the Courier company. The price will appear in the courier’s voucher. Cash on delivery has a fixed charge of 2€. For shipments in Greece the cash on delivery cost including shipping amounts to 5€ up to 2 kg and 1€ for each additional kg.

3.Paypal: Pay quickly, easily and securely for your order using your PayPal account.
 
 
 
RETURNS:

 
    ● Due to the nature of NokNok products (teethers, pacifier clips, necklaces), we DO NOT accept returns   or   changes.

    ● Please contact us before placing an order if you have any questions about our products to make sure you make the best possible choice. We feel you, as we too are
    new parents with questions!  

    ● You are welcome to return any readily available item within 14 days from the receipt date of your order. If you wish to return the order, please send a copy of the order
     number at [email protected] or call us at 211-1184099.

    ● Refunds can only be remitted to the initial credit card and Paypal. You will be asked to provide your refund payment details.

    ● In case you have selected the Cash On Delivery method, the refund is processed to a bank account through wire transfer. We will therefore need you to send us an email
    containing your bank name, IBAN and beneficiary full name.

    ● Processing time may vary depending on the bank or credit card company.


 
Special Terms:

 
    ● We do not refund, offers or discount products.  

    ● All handcrafted orders are not refundable (personalized items, special designs). In case you choose cash on delivery and will not show up you will be charged for
    shipping & your order will be return to you.   

    ● NokNok will not cover the return shipping cost. The safe return of the products is the responsibility of the customer, so it is recommended that you use an appropriate
    shipping method (courier, ELTA registered parcel, appropriate packaging).  

    ● If, however, NokNok family makes a mistake regarding your order or you receive a defective product we will assume the shipping costs. If this is the case, please
    contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].
